It was a big deal and still is a big deal as they were special envoys and even received diplomatic passports. This trip was the first time they left South Korea since January of 2020 and they were with South Korean President Moon Jae-In. In September 2021, BTS came to New York for the UNGA where they made a speech as well as filmed a Permission to Dance performance. All army’s should watch both seasons if possible. Both seasons showed a glimpse into what they do when they are not working on creating music and how they spend time together.
They were working but it was still a time that I hope they enjoyed. This show focused on themselves at a vacation house in South Korea relaxing and spending time together in a healing space. Since that was not a possibility in 2020 or 2021 BTS filmed In the Soop.
#BTS CONCERT PHOTOTIME HOW TO#
No matter how dark it gets there will be light.īTS in the past has done series like Bon Voyage where they travel to a different country and have to figure out how to survive with limited resources. Life Goes On is a testament to that idea. BTS truly provided me with so much comfort throughout the pandemic with messages such as even though it is dark now light will come back.
They wanted to see ARMY just as much if not more than ARMY wanted to see them. I’m thankful for BTS that throughout this pandemic they never paused content, producing music, and comforting ARMY. I felt lonely and was faced with so much uncertainty as to my future. As a grocery store cashier this affected me a lot as I was on the front lines and seeing so much chaos and disorder is something I’ll never forget. As the pandemic started getting worse, stores closed, school went online, people were panic buying at grocery stores. When they released concert tickets I got my ticket for day 1 at Soldier Field and I was so excited. They were still planning on going on their Map of the Soul Tour and were promoting Map of the Soul:7 in the United States. When I first discovered them the pandemic was still pretty contained but there were starting to be changes.
The second reason as to why I truly believe BTS comes into your life when you need them most is because of the Covid Pandemic. That experience with this man that hurt me again showed me that people’s treatment of you does not mean you treat yourself in that way. I was hurt and just feeling very low and BTS provided me with so much happiness and helped me to stop thinking about myself in that way. Looking back at that ideology I had, it was quite bad to think in that way. I thought something was wrong with me because of people like him treating me so badly and obviously not valuing me. I cared too much about how other people thought about me and thought that the way people treated me should be how I treat myself. I was at a low point in terms of self confidence, self worth, and honestly just valuing myself. When I was getting into them I had just let someone back into my life who had hurt me several times in the past and this time was not different. There is a saying in the fandom that BTS comes into your life when you need them most, I am no exception to this. This video is what got me hooked on BTS and I’ll forever be thankful to the Youtube algorithms for making this video pop up on my homepage. The video in question is BTS Black Swan Performance on James Corden. I proceed to watch it and by the end of it I am completely in awe. I spot a video with men in black suits and a blue background that catches my eye. I am scrolling through Youtube to unwind. It is January 2020 in a 22 year olds bedroom after a day of work.
